Miss Northern States supports the northeastern portion of the United States and Canada. The US states supported include Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. This event is open to girls and women of all ages. The division is determined by your age as of October 1, 2025. The Miss Northern States National Finals Event is November 14-16, 2025, and will be held at the Cherry Valley Hotel in Newark, Ohio. 

The 2025 Miss Northern States state appointed title is $100 which includes the custom state crown and rhinestone sash. Please note the appointed state title registration fee is non-refundable. If you accept a Miss Northern States state title, you are agreeing to attend the Miss Northern States National Finals November 14-16, 2025. 

The required registration fee for the Miss Northern States National Finals which crowns the 2025-2026 queens court is $499. Once you register for the appointed title, you will receive an email invoice for the MNS National Finals for $499 which must be paid in full by August 31, 2025. Monthly or multiple payments can be made against the invoice. 

Appointed titles for the 2025 pageant season close on August 1, 2025.

The Miss Northern States National Finals Pageant registration fee for required events is $499. This event is November 14-16, 2025, at the Cherry Valley Hotel in Newark, Ohio. You are accepting a Miss Northern States state appointed title for $100. The MNS National Finals Registration of $499 is due by 8/31/25.

As the parent/guardian completing this form for their child that is under the age of 18 or as the Miss Northern States Contestant, I confirm I am a citizen of the United States or Canada, meet the age requirements, is a natural born female, and is in good moral standing.  Your participation in an event at Miss Northern States indicates you agree and will abide by the rules and regulations set forth by Miss Northern States. I understand that all monies paid are non-refundable. Miss Northern States is a system built on the foundation of kindness and service. MNS is a sisterhood that works together to complete meaningful service initiatives. All title holders are expected to conduct themselves with a kindness first attitude and represent their title with professionalism. Disrespectful behavior, negative or inappropriate comments, or bullying is not tolerated including on social media and will be grounds for immediate dismissal. In the event this happens, you will be asked to return your sash and crown to the Director.

You are confirming you are attending the Miss Northern States National Pageant event November 14-16, 2025, and will pay the required national entry fee of $499 by August 31, 2025. 

 

Contestants and their parents/guardians will not sue and hereby release, forever discharge Miss Northern States LLC, owner, directors, employees, and volunteers from any and all claims and demands arising from damages or liabilities due to theft, accident, loss or injury resulting in participation in an information session, event, or pageant.  Miss Northern States LLC reserves the right to change the date, location, and competition details of an event or pageant if minimum participation numbers are not met or an unforeseen situation occurs.  I agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth in this agreement.
