Miss Northern States is regional state pageant supporting the northeastern portion of the United States and Canada. The US states supported include Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. This event is open to girls and women of all ages. The age at the time of the Miss Northern States Regional Finals Pageant event October 10, 2025, determines your age division. 

The Miss Northern States Regional Finals Pageant Event is October 10-12, 2025, in Ohio. Please note the appointed state title registration fee and deposit once paid is non-refundable. If you accept a Miss Northern States state title, you are agreeing to attend the Miss Northern States Regional Finals. The Miss Northern States state title is $100 which includes the custom local crown and sash and a deposit of $50 is required towards the Miss Northern States Regional Finals registration.  The required registration fee for the Miss Northern States Regional Finals Pageant which crowns the 2025-2026 queens court is $499, so the balance after the deposit is $449. The balance of the required registration must be paid in full by August 31, 2025. The balance is sent via an email invoice and numerous payments can be made as necessary. 

Appointed titles for the 2025 pageant season close on August 1, 2025.

Required Miss Northern States Regional State Pageant Fees:

The Miss Northern States Regional Finals Pageant registration fee for required events is $499. This event is October 10-12, 2025, in Ohio. You are accepting a Miss Northern States State title for a fee of $100 plus a $50 deposit towards the MNS Regional Finals required registration fee. The balance of the MNS Regional Finals Registration of $449 is due by 8/31/25.

As the parent/guardian completing this form for their child that is under the age of 18 or as the Miss Northern States Contestant, I confirm I am a citizen of the United States or Canada, meet the age requirements, is a natural born female, and is in good moral standing.  Your participation in an event at Miss Northern States indicates you agree and will abide by the rules and regulations set forth by Miss Northern States. I understand that all monies paid are non-refundable. Miss Northern States is a system built on the foundation of kindness and service. MNS is a sisterhood that works together to complete meaningful service initiatives. All title holders are expected to conduct themselves with a kindness first attitude and represent their title with professionalism. Disrespectful behavior, negative or inappropriate comments, or bullying is not tolerated including on social media and will be grounds for immediate dismissal. In the event this happens, you will be asked to return your sash and crown to the Director.

 

Contestants and their parents/guardians will not sue and hereby release, forever discharge Miss Northern States LLC, owner, directors, employees, and volunteers from any and all claims and demands arising from damages or liabilities due to theft, accident, loss or injury resulting in participation in an information session, event, or pageant.  Miss Northern States LLC reserves the right to change the date, location, and competition details of an event or pageant if minimum participation numbers are not met or an unforeseen situation occurs.  I agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth in this agreement.
