Miss Northern States appoints titles for girls and women that plan to join Miss Northern States for the MNS Regional State Finals Pageant October 10-12, 2025, in Ohio!  An appointed title is not mandatory; however, it provides an opportunity to officially begin your journey as a Miss Northern States State Queen and receive an official Miss Northern States custom state crown and sash. Miss Northern States is a service organization, so as an official Miss Northern States State Queen you will represent the Miss Northern States organization and support service initiatives that are important to you and share the Miss Northern State kindness philosophy, Kindness First Always by sharing random acts of kindness and using positive words to encourage others.

Miss Northern States holds preliminary and practice pageant events leading up to the Regional Finals event each year, so this is another way to participate and receive a state title as well as have valuable stage practice with feedback from judges.

The Miss Northern States state title includes the custom Miss Northern States sash which has a single row of rhinestones on the front and the beautiful custom Miss Northern States local crown. You can register for an appointed title for $150 which includes a $50 deposit for the Miss Northern States Regional Finals Pageant October 10-12, 2025, in Ohio. The balance of the Regional Finals registration can be paid in payments with the final balance being due by 8/31/25.
